Alan Knight wants to help you quit smoking.
The Blues legend played more than 801 times for the club, an appearance record only eclipsed by the great Jimmy Dickinson.
But despite all he achieved in football one of Knight’s greatest challenges has been giving up cigarettes.
He knows how hard it can be – and that’s why he is inviting you to sign up to be part of Alan Knight’s Quit Smoking Team.
The Legend – as he is known by Pompey fans – will be supporting this eight-week programme, attending sessions and offering motivation and encouragement while he quits his 30-year smoking habit!
Products to help you quit will be discussed and will be available at the course or through your doctor.
Pompey Sports and Education Foundation are backing the scheme and working alongside PSEF Health Trainer and PompeyQuit NHS Stop Smoking Service.
