Four Pompey stars have been called up for international duty later this month.
Erik Huseklepp – the Blues’ top scorer with six goals – has been included in the Norway squad who face Northern Ireland on Wednesday, February 29 in an international friendly.
Defender Tal Ben Haim will return to Israel for a friendly against Ukraine on the same date.
Striker Marko Futacs will travel to Malta with the Hungary under-21 squad for a friendly, again set to be played on February 29.
And midfielder George Thorne, on loan from West Brom, is in the England under-19 squad for their clash with Czech Republic at Leyton Orient’s Matchroom Stadium on Tuesday, February 28.
