Lewis Stockford and Ryan Williams were on target as Pompey’s academy side won 4-2 at Dorchester’s Avenue Stadium.

The duo – who recently returned from the first team’s trip to America – were in a Blues side that took on a Mark Jermyn XI in the Dorchester player’s testimonial.

Goals from Stockford and George Colson gave Pompey a comfortable half-time advantage with Williams and Andrew Higgins adding to the scoring after the interval.

The hosts pulled two goals back in the second half but Andy Awford’s side held on for another pre-season victory.
