Pompey have offered two-year scholarships to nine under-16 players.
The scholarship programme will see the youngsters start full-time at Fratton Park in July.
The club have offered scholarships to: Tom Fry, Liam Triggs, Jack Maloney, Nick Awford, Josh Warren, Stuart Moore, Kane Cook, George Branford and Adam Webster.
Fry, a goalkeeper, Warren, a defender, and Awford, a midfielder, are all from Portsmouth.
Triggs (defender), Maloney (forward) and Moore (goalkeeper) come from the Isle of Wight.
Cook is a midfielder from Basingstoke, Webster a defender from Chichester and Branford a midfielder from Ashington in West Sussex.
Blues academy manager Andy Awford said: “All the boys have done very well to get this far and we’re looking forward to seeing how they adapt to full-time training.”
