Portsmouth FC are committed to putting supporters at the heart of the Fratton Park experience. A number of projects, campaigns and processes underpin a real commitment to enhancing the supporter experience on matchdays.
In the 2022/23 season, the club set up a working group consisting of a cross-section of Pompey supporters. The purpose of the working group is to meet regularly with club representatives, discussing the most important factors affecting the matchday experience and how the club delivers in these areas and can constantly improve.
The group’s discussions to date have resulted in the introduction of the Fanzone - which now includes live entertainment; new beer tokens and pre-pour stations - aimed at reducing queues in the kiosks; and increased health and safety measures around the stadium.
