Ambulant Disabled Supporters
Ambulant disabled supporters can be seated in any stand, subject to availability and their access requirements. To qualify for the concession, we do need to see proof of highest rate of Disability Living Allowance (DLA)* or PIP. A companion seat, if required, is free of charge. These tickets are only available directly from the Ticket Office or over the phone, as any special requests can be arranged at time of purchase. They are not available online.
*Alternative proof of disability may be accepted.
We currently have 58 wheelchair and companion spaces which are situated in the front row of the home end, the Fratton End (West Stand). 48 are sold on a seasonal basis and we have five spaces that are available on a match-by-match basis. Five are for visiting fans and are sent to the visiting club as part of their allocation.
There are three accessible toilets in the stadium, located at either end and in the centre of the Fratton End (West Stand). They operate with RADAR keys. If you require a key, please contact the nearest steward, who will assist.
Accessible Refreshment Kiosks
The ground level catering kiosk at the south-west corner of the Fratton End has a lower serving counter, which serves food and drinks (alcohol is not available at this kiosk as it is in view of the pitch). The kiosk is not full accessible for wheelchair users, but the club have plans to create a new kiosk by the start of the 2017/18 season at the latest. If you require support with obtaining refreshments at a game, please contact the Matchday Disabled Liaison Officer. They will be wearing hi-vis jacket number 301.
The ticket office has a low level counter with a hearing loop.
There are five sets of ear defenders available for matchday use. To reserve a pair, contact Pompey Disabled Supporters’ Association (DSA) by emailing email@example.com
Audio Described Commentary Service
Audio described match commentary is available and it is advised that this is booked in advance. A form can be downloaded here. This service is free, but there is a charge if the headsets are not returned. They can be collected from main reception before the game and returned via the Chimes Lounge entrance in Frogmore Road. The commentary starts approximately 10 minutes before kick-off and the service is available to home and away fans.

The club shop is managed by Sports Direct and is located in Jimmy Dickinson Way. It is on the ground floor and accessible by wheelchair users. Assistance is provided on request to a member of staff and there is a hearing loop available at the counter. Click here to contact the store.

Away Ambulant Disabled Fans
The away supporters are seated in the Milton End (East Stand). Due to the gradient at Fratton Park, it is accessed via 27 steps (with handrails) to Row X and 42 steps to the front Row A. Unfortunately, seats in the front row do not have much leg room and rows A-G are unsuitable for anyone under 5’4” due to a wall at the front of the stand.
