Stevens and community set-up both honoured
Pompey enjoyed a successful evening at the EFL Awards in London.
Enda Stevens was selected in the Football Manager Team of the Season for all three divisions.
And the Blues were also named Checkatrade Community Club of the Year ahead of five other regional winners.
Christian Burgess and Michael Doyle both missed out on awards, however, after being nominated for PFA Player in the Community and Mitre Goal of the Year respectively.
Stevens said: “I’m delighted to be named in the Team of the Season. It’s great to have all your hard work recognised.
“But you’re only as good as your team-mates an, as a defensive unit, we’ve been really strong throughout the campaign.”
Pompey in the Community chief executive Clare Martin said: “We've got a great team and it’s a phenomenal achievement for all of us.
“We work with everyone in the local community, from young children and I think the oldest one currently is 96. The projects cover everything from health and education to inclusion and disability.
“We want to get to the point where anyone can walk through the door and we can point them in the direction of something that’s right for them.
“This club is the heartbeat of the city and we’re there to represent everyone from any generation.”
Burgess lost out to Doncaster's Andy Butler for the Player in the Community prize, while Brighton's Steve Sidwell beat Doyle in the Goal of the Year vote.
