Deal agreed for forward
Pompey have reached an agreement with Hampton & Richmond to sign forward Jamal Lowe in January.
The 22-year-old will arrive for an undisclosed fee on an 18-month contract, with the club holding an option for a further year.
Lowe came through the ranks at Barnet and later turned out for St Albans and Hemel Hempstead before joining the Londoners in November 2015.
He netted 15 goals in 28 appearances for Borough last season, helping them claim the Ryman Premier Division title.
Lowe has already struck 18 times this term, helping Hampton & Richmond climb up to third spot in the National League South standings.
