Vote for Pompey's skipper

Michael Doyle’s stunning strike against Accrington has been shortlisted for the Mitre Goal of the Year prize at the EFL Awards.

Blues fans had already voted the midfielder’s effort as the club’s finest goal of 2016.

Supporters around the county can now select from the 10 best and whittle them down to the final five contenders.

You can watch all the goals and cast your vote at efl.com/goty17

Voting closes at midnight on Tuesday, March 28 when the 10 goals will be whittled down to the final five.

The overall winner will then be decided on the night of the 2017 EFL Awards, which takes place at the London Hilton on Sunday, April 9.
