Gosport Borough make their first-ever appearance at Wembley this Sunday when they face Cambridge United in the final of the FA Trophy – and Pompey are backing their bid to bring the cup to the south.
Tickets for the clash, which pitches the Conference South side against Conference Premier high-flyers Cambridge, are on sale now priced £30 for adults and £15 for children under 16.
And the occasion is given extra local spice as United include Pompey loanee striker Ryan Bird in their ranks.
Blues spokesman Colin Farmery said: “We have good relations with all our local non-league sides and we are delighted for Gosport.
“It is a fantastic achievement for the club and the equivalent of a Championship side reaching the FA Cup final.
“We are sure many Pompey fans will want to be part of Boro’s big day. Obviously we want to wish Ryan all the best as well, but if Gosport can bring the trophy home it will be a huge boost for football in the area.”
Tickets are on sale now and will also be available to purchase from the Wembley box office on the day of the game.
Fans living in the Gosport area can also buy them for the following locations until 2pm on Thursday:
