Wallace, Devera, Whatmough and Atangana all start
Jed Wallace returns to the Pompey side at Cheltenham this afternoon.
The top scorer plays wide on the right in one of four changes from the side beaten by Accrington last week.
There are also starts for Joe Devera and Jack Whatmough at the back and Nigel Atangana in midfield.
Matt Fish, Ben Chorley, Miles Storey and Craig Westcarr are the players to make way.
