The defender is one of four changes from the side that beat Cambridge at the weekend.
Joe Devera, Ricky Holmes and Craig Westcarr are the other players to come into the starting 11.
Jack Whatmough, Danny Hollands and Miles Storey drop to the bench, while Adam Webster serves a one-match ban following his red card against United.
New signing Peter Brezovan is named among the substitutes.
