MATCH PREVIEW: LUTON v POMPEY

28 August 2015

All you need to know about League Two clash

Pompey will be looking to continue their strong start to the campaign when they visit Kenilworth Road on Saturday.

Paul Cook’s side have yet to lose in the league this term and were only narrowly beaten by Championship side Reading in the Capital One Cup during the week.

The hosts have yet to taste League Two success this season, with two draws followed by two defeats.

They were also in cup action on Tuesday night and took Premier League outfit Stoke all the way to penalties before finally bowing out.

Pompey have not triumphed at Luton since 1992, with the sides playing out a 1-1 draw last December.

Kal Naismith (thigh) and Jack Whatmough (knee) are both sidelined for Pompey, although Enda Stevens is available again after serving a one-match ban.
