Come to the Victory Bar on Friday
Pompey in the Community will be holding an event with their Life and Chimes group tomorrow (Friday) to mark Dementia Awareness Week.
The group have been meeting at Fratton Park every Wednesday for the past year and the sessions involve reminiscing, craft activities and trips to various locations in the city.
Friday’s event (11am-1pm) will take place inside and outside the Victory Bar and will include live music, a display by the Hampshire Fire Dogs, the Pompey Pals and craft tables.
Basic refreshments – which have been generously provided by Tesco – will be available.
