Palace defender signs for the season
Pompey have signed Alex Wynter on a season-long loan from Crystal Palace.
The 20-year-old defender enjoyed a spell at Colchester towards the end of the 2013/14 campaign.
He has made two senior appearances for the Eagles and also spent time on loan at non-league sides Eastbourne and Sutton.
Blues boss Andy Awford said: “Alex is a very welcome addition to the squad and provides versatility because he can play in a few different positions.
“He’s very athletic and will complement the defenders we’ve already got in our squad.
“We’re very grateful to Crystal Palace for loaning him to us for the forthcoming season.”
