Ambulant disabled supporters can be seated in any stand, subject to availability and individual access requirements.

To qualify for the concession, we do need to see proof of highest rate of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or PIP. A companion seat, if required, is free of charge.

These tickets are only available directly from the ticket office or over the phone, as any special requests can be arranged at time of purchase. Unfortunately, these tickets are not available online.

Away ambulant disabled supporters

Due to the current stadium redevelopments, our away supporter situation is constantly changing from game to game.

Away ambulant disabled supporters should contact the club's DSLO Emma Smith by emailing dslo@pompeyfc.co.uk prior to the match to discuss any specific needs or information they may require.

Wheelchair spaces and companion seating are available in all stands at Fratton Park, accommodating both home and away supporters.

These are sold as a mixture of season tickets and individual match tickets.

Away wheelchair users

As of the start of the 2023/24 season, away wheelchair supporters are to be seated in the away section with their own fans.

Due to the current stadium redevelopments, our away supporter situation is constantly changing from game to game.

Away disabled supporters should contact the club's DSLO Emma Smith by emailing dslo@pompeyfc.co.uk prior to the match to discuss any specific needs or information they may require.

Accessible Toilets

Ear Defenders
These are available for use on a matchday. Please contact emmasmith@pompeyfc.co.uk in advance of the fixture or speak to a steward to request a pair.

Assistance Dogs
If you have an assistance dog, please contact emmasmith@pompeyfc.co.uk to discuss your requirements. There are currently no rest points inside the stadium. However, we will accommodate individual needs upon request.

Club Shop
The club shop is managed by Just Sport and is located in Anson Road. It is on the ground floor and accessible by wheelchair users. Assistance is provided on request to a member of staff and there is a hearing loop available at the counter. Click here to contact the store.

Programmes & Other Printed Material
Some information is downloadable from the club website in PDF. The matchday programme is also available in PDF form at a cost of £3. Other documents and brochures produced by the club may be available in PDF on request. Please contact info@pompeyfc.co.uk for more information.

Stadium Tours
Fratton Park is an old stadium and the regular matchday tour involves negotiating a number of staircases, so is unsuitable for people with limited mobility or who are in wheelchairs. Please email emmasmith@pompeyfc.co.uk for more details. An alternative tour, on a level, can sometimes be arranged on request on a matchday. A DVD of a 'virtual tour' is available on request. In either case, contact info@pompeyfc.co.uk for more details.

Away Travel
The club's designated away travel provider is Lucketts Travel. If you are a wheelchair user who wishes to travel to an away fixture, please contact the operator by calling its booking hotline: 01329 823755. Lucketts' disability terms are available here.

Hospitality & Lounges
Please note the following lounges at Fratton Park are only accessible by stairs and are not suitable for people with limited mobility, such as wheelchair users: Partners' Lounge, Montgomery Lounge, Boardroom, Chairman’s Lounge, Jimmy Dickinson Lounge.

The Chimes Lounge is on the ground floor, but is only accessible by a narrow corridor which is not suitable for wheelchairs. The Victory Lounge, Legends Lounge, Warrior Lounge and Players’ Lounge are on the ground floor and are accessible to wheelchairs. The Victory Lounge and Warrior Lounge have designated accessible toilets and an accessible priority serving counter. On a matchday, two tables are reserved for people with accessibility needs. The Legends Lounge and Players' Lounge have accessible toilets nearby.

Travelling by Car
There are currently 150 spaces in the North Stand car park, of which 22 are on the hard-standing flat surface and three have rear access.

Parking is pre-booked only and subject to availability. You can book via the club's website or by calling 0345 646 1898 (option one).

To indicate your entitlement to an accessible space, you should be in possession of a valid special concession season ticket or match ticket, or the holder of a valid Blue Badge, which should be displayed. You should show entitlement to the steward upon your arrival at the car park entrance.

The car park is actively managed by stewards to ensure the most appropriate parking space is found for your individual needs. There is no entitlement to park in a specific space or area of the car park.

Please indicate any specific needs you might have (eg, rear or side-opening vehicle) on arrival. If you need to drop off someone with limited mobility, please advise a steward on arrival, who will assist.

If you require a wheelchair on your arrival, please contact the DSLO, emmasmith@pompeyfc.co.uk, at least 48 hours before the match, who will organise for you, subject to limited availability.

Entrance to the club car park is via Anson Road, off Rodney Road. The postcode is PO4 8SX.
