Blues squad make hospital visit
Pompey players proved they were no Scrooges when they paid a visit to QA Hospital.
The whole squad turned up to meet patients who would not be going home in time for Christmas.
They spent the afternoon chatting with children in the paediatric ward, as well as adult in-patients.
The Blues stars also signed autographs, posed for photos and handed out posters.
Pompey skipper Johnny Ertl said: “It’s important that we go out to visit people in the local community – especially since we are now a community club.
“We do this every year and it’s great to come here and see the smiles on everyone’s face.
