New fan service platform at Fratton
Following an extensive tendering process, AudienceView has been selected as Pompey’s new ticketing and fan management partners.

Customer relationship management (CRM) at the core will enable Pompey to collect, analyse and leverage its data across a single transaction engine for all fan interaction.

In turn, this one-stop shopping functionality will drive exponential revenue through upsell recommendations based on past customer behaviour.
