Moutaouakil, Mahon and Padovani all start
Gavin Mahon makes his Pompey debut in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy at Oxford tonight.
The midfielder is one of three changes from the side that beat Rochdale in the league on Saturday.
Romain Padovani also starts, while Yassin Moutaouakil returns from suspension at right-back.
Patrick Agyemang drops to the bench, but there is no place in the squad for either Joe Devera or Thery Racon.
