Striker makes first Blues start at Plainmoor
Ryan Bird makes his first Pompey start at Torquay in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy tonight.
The striker is one of two changes from the side that lost to Chesterfield in the league on Saturday.
Jed Wallace also starts, with Patrick Agyemang and the suspended David Connolly not in the squad.
