Portsmouth Football Club are delighted to announce that we have now gone live with our selected ticketing platform, AudienceView.

As part of a staged roll-out of the new system, season ticket holders can now buy tickets in the Fratton End and Ridgeway Group North Lower for Pompey's League Two match against Fleetwood on Saturday, September 21.

Tickets for this match will go on general sale in all areas of the ground from 10am on Thursday.

User IDs and passwords have been ported from the old system to the new, so customers should be able to log-in with their existing ID. 

AudienceView allows Pompey to dramatically reduce costs and will automate our sales process, allowing us to sell hospitality online for the fist time. It also allows the club to launch fund-raising drives via the built in fund-raising module.

In the near future, functionality such as the ability to buy tickets via Facebook will be added to the system.

Engagement manager Micah Hall said: “We are very happy to have reached this vital milestone in our progress towards modernising our infrastructure.

“All customers buying tickets will now be offered the chance to make a small donation to the academy and choose to upgrade to hospitality should they wish to.

“AudienceView is a very powerful tool and allows us to take a 360 degrees view of supporters and potential supporters, as well as manage sponsors and corporate clients in one application.”

While all care has been taken to ensure our testing is rigorous, if supporters do encounter problems then they should email AVLaunch@PompeyFC.co.uk and give details of the problem they are experiencing. We will endeavour to contact them as soon as possible.

The option to print tickets at home will be available very shortly.
