Pompey bring in Brentford midfielder
Toumani Diagouraga has arrived at Fratton Park on an initial one-month loan from Brentford.
The 26-year-old midfielder played in both League One matches against Pompey last season.
Blues boss Richie Barker said: “He’s an athletic player with plenty of pace, who will get around the pitch and gives us a different option.
“Brentford have been fantastic to deal with and we’re extremely grateful that they’ve allowed us to bring Toumani in.”
The Frenchman came through the ranks at Watford and also played for Hereford and Peterborough before joining the Bees on loan for the second half of the 2009/10 campaign.
He made the move permanent at the end of the season and has made 169 appearances for the London club.
