Fogden, Barcham and Diagouraga start
Toumani Diagouraga makes his Pompey debut at Scunthorpe this afternoon.
The on-loan Brentford midfielder replaces Nicky Shorey in one of three changes from the side that beat AFC Wimbledon last week.
There are also starts for Andy Barcham and Wes Fogden, with Ricky Holmes dropping to the bench and Ryan Taylor misses out with a groin injury.
Striker Michael Drennan is named among the substitutes, a day after arriving on loan from Aston Villa.
