Racon and Fogden start at St James Park
Thery Racon returns to the Pompey side at Exeter this afternoon.
The midfielder replaces Romain Padovani in one of two changes from the side that lost to Torquay last week.
Wes Fogden also starts wide on the right, with Jed Wallace dropping to the bench.
