Pompey Academy campaign continues to grow
Following last week’s release of the 2014/15 fixtures, we’ve now allocated matchday programme columns to the FanFunders who chose this reward as part of their contribution to the Pompey Academy campaign.
These are the first rewards to be distributed and campaign project manager Colin Farmery is very excited.
He said: “The campaign is only two weeks old and we’ve already raised more than £57,000 and I am delighted we are distributing the first rewards.”
The chance to have an exclusive column in what has recently been ranked as League Two’s second-best matchday programme appears to be something the fans couldn’t resist and the club have acted swiftly to offer something equally as special.
Colin added: “We were stunned at how popular these were. People were really drawn to this particular reward so we’re looking to embrace this enthusiasm by offering the chance to write a match report which will be distributed on the Pompey website, Twitter and Facebook.”
