Ertl, Hollands and Taylor start for Blues
Johnny Ertl makes his first Pompey start in exactly three months at Newport this afternoon.
The midfielder replaces the recalled Toumani Diagouraga in one of three changes from the side beaten at Rochdale during the week.
Ryan Taylor replaces Patrick Agyemang up front, while Joe Devera makes way for debutant Danny Hollands with Jack Whatmough dropping into the defence.
