Chorley, Awford and Whatmough all start
Ben Chorley returns to skipper the Pompey side at Plymouth this afternoon.
The defender replaces the suspended Paul Robinson in one of three changes from the side that drew with Aldershot in the FA Cup last week.
Jack Whatmough comes in for the injured James Dunne in midfield, while Craig Westcarr drops to the bench as Nick Awford makes his first league start.
