Non-League opposition at Fratton
Pompey have been drawn at home to Conference Premier side Aldershot Town in the first round of the FA Cup.
The tie will be played at Fratton Park across the weekend of November 7-10.
The Blues have not faced their Hampshire neighbours in a competitive fixture, since losing 3-1 at home in a second round tie in December 1982.
But Pompey have won five of their previous 10 meetings, with Aldershot only coming out on top on one other occasion.
Andy Scott's Shots currently sit 15th in the Conference Premier table and reached the first round by beating Torquay 2-0 in Saturday's fourth qualifying round tie.
Pompey defenders Adam Webster and Dan Butler both spent time on loan at the Recreation Ground last season, making 24 and 13 appearances respectively.
