Company link up with Pompey
Pompey are delighted to welcome on board The World Of Cars as new sponsors of the iconic North Stand.
They serve a sector of the community ordinarily excluded from mainstream financing. In 2013 they continued their expansion by opening two used car dealerships in both Hilsea and the Isle of Wight under the new brand name ‘The World Of Cars’.
The Car Finance Company was founded in 2007 by local businessman Mark Smith and has rapidly grown into Europe’s leading alternative finance provider.
The lucrative sponsorship is a two-year deal, which will enable the company to create brand awareness for not only their used car dealership business, but also their alternative financing business.
The World Of Cars will be providing a range of fantastic deals for fans to benefit from, including great offers on used cars and market-leading finance products tailored to each customer’s individual needs.
The North Stand is the largest stand at Fratton Park, holding around 9,000 fans, and was built in 1934 and substantially renovated in the late 1990s. The stand will be re-branded over the coming weeks.
