Pompey sell full allocation
Pompey have sold their entire allocation of 2,500 tickets for the FA Cup third round tie at Ipswich on Saturday, January 9 (3pm kick-off).
Unfortunately, no more tickets will be made available to visiting fans.
A higher allocation would create segregation issues, resulting in a significant increase in police and stewarding costs.
These charges get taken out of the total gate receipts, which are split equally between the two clubs, and the reduced price of tickets for this fixture makes this additional cost prohibitive.
