Midfielder plays in Woking friendly
Wes Fogden made his injury comeback in a friendly at Woking.
The midfielder played 30 minutes in his first appearance since damaging knee ligaments in pre-season.
Coach Paul Hardyman said: “It’s great for Wes to be playing again and the fact he’s back so soon is credit to our physio Sean Duggan and his team.
“He played the first 30 minutes and didn’t suffer any adverse reactions, which is great.
“Now he needs more time to develop his fitness and the next target for him to get to is 45 minutes for the reserves.”
Patrick Agyemang was on target as a largely youthful Pompey Reserves side were beaten 3-1.
