Ticket terms and conditions1. No refunds other than in the event of the cancellation of show. Tickets are non-transferable.
2. Artist line up and billed attractions may be subject to change.
3. Admission is at ticket holder's risk. The licensee will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at this event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons.
4. Duplicate tickets will not be issued for the lost or stolen tickets.
5. Tickets are only valid when purchased from official agents. Tickets bought from other sources will be refused admission.
6. A condition of sale is ticket holders consenting to being filmed and sound recorded for TV, DVD, webcast and other public broadcast as part of the audience or by onsite CCTV.
7. No food or drink to be bought into the stadium.
8. Persons entering the stadium are admitted only subject compliance to the ground regulations. Entry shall be deemed to constitute unqualified acceptance of all these regulations. Management reserves the right to refuse admission, or to escort from the stadium, any person who refuses to comply with these regulations.
9. No readmission permitted.
10. Last entry 8.30pm.
Every effort shall be made to ensure the success of the event is supported by a drug free environment that is safe for all to enjoy. The event has a zero tolerance drugs policy. Any illegal drugs will be confiscated and the police may decide to prosecute. 'Legal highs' are also strictly prohibited and may result in ejection from the event. Searches are a condition of entry to the concert.

How do I get to Fratton Park/Portsmouth Football Club?
Portsmouth Football Club is clearly signposted across the city on brown tourist signs, ensuring visitors can easily navigate their way to the stadium.
Portsmouth is a very well connected city with great public transport routes. We believe this is the best way to travel into the city – you'll be avoiding the traffic and helping the environment!
By foot
We recommend that if you are able to walk to Fratton Park that you do so to avoid traffic congestion and to help the environment.
By bike
Cycling to Fratton Park is a great way to travel to the concert. There will be a designated area to leave bicycles on site.
By rail
There are regular trains from London Waterloo and Victoria which bring you straight into the centre of Portsmouth, stopping at Fratton, which is then a 10-minute walk to Fratton Park.
By sea
Ferry services operate from the Isle of Wight and Gosport on a regular basis.

By coach
There are regular coaches available from London Victoria to Portsmouth – many stopping at The Hard Interchange, which is home to a bus depot and taxi rank. Visit

By road
From the West/Midlands: Continue along the M27 eastbound (ignoring the M275 turn off for Portsmouth city centre) on to the A27. At the junction with the A2030 turn right towards Southsea/Fratton. Continue along the A2030 and eventually you will see the ground in front of you.
From the M25: Continue along the A3 southbound, which becomes the A3(M) and then joins the A27 westbound. At the junction with the A2030 turn left towards Southsea/Fratton. Continue along the A2030 and eventually you will see the ground in front of you.
From the East (Sussex): Continue along the A27 westbound. At the junction with the A2030 turn left towards Southsea/Fratton. Continue along the A2030 and eventually you will see the ground in front of you.
Please be aware that there will be no parking available at Fratton Park.

There will be a number of outlets open within the stadium, offering a wide selection of food and drinks which will be available throughout the event.
FAQs
Will I need ID?
Yes. Accepted forms of ID are valid photo driving licence or passport only.
At the bars:
ID will be required at all bars when purchasing alcoholic drinks. We operate a very strict challenge 25 policy.
What time will the music start?
Music will start on the main stages at 6pm.
Can I leave and then come back?
There will be a no readmission policy in place. Please ensure you have everything you need as you will not be allowed to re-enter if you leave the venue. The last entry will be at 8.30pm.
Can I bring alcohol?
No alcoholic drinks will be permitted, but there will be plenty of bars at the event.
Can I bring food and drink?
Factory-sealed water containers and factory-sealed containers of soft drinks may be brought onto site. There will be a huge variety of food and drink outlets in the food court.
Can I bring a chair?
There will be seating areas available in the West Stand (Fratton End). Camping chairs will not be permitted in the venue.
Are there cash machines on site?
No, there will not be any cash machines available. The food court and hospitality areas will have card payment machines available.
Disabled access information
There will not be onsite parking available to any customers. Local car parks can be found on

A drop off point will be situated at the Anson Road (PO4 8SX) gates, but please request in advance so that access can be granted. Access is also available in the residential area of Frogmore Road (PO4 8RA). The site is situated in a residential area and some areas have parking restrictions, so please be careful when leaving vehicles on the public highway.
The local bus company is First Group. The nearest bus stop is in Goldsmith Avenue and the bus route numbers are 1 and 13. All routes can be found at

Entry points for disabled access are at Frogmore Road (PO4 8RA) and Anson Road (PO4 8SX) and access is from 4pm.
The food court situated in the north of the stadium is unfortunately unsuitable for wheelchair use. However, a food court with drinks and food is available in the rear of the west stand and should you require further assistance, stewards will be on hand to assist.
