Vote for Granger and May

James Granger and Adam May have both been nominated for the LFE Academy Goal of the Season award.

The former was selected for his stunning free-kick against Swindon, while the latter has been chosen for an incredible long-range effort at Plymouth.

The full list of contenders are:
- Ben Godfrey: YORK CITY v Fleetwood Town
- Alex Pattison: Manchester United v MIDDLESBROUGH
- Jordan Maguire-Drew: Tottenham Hotspur v BRIGHTON
- James Granger: POMPEY v Swindon Town
- Connor Tighe: BRIGHTON v Arsenal
- Adam May: Plymouth Argyle v POMPEY
- James Carvell: Bolton Wanderers v DERBY COUNTY
- Jack Dyche: SCUNTHORPE UNITED v Hartlepool United
- Jack Boyle: Birmingham City v HUDDERSFIELD TOWN

LFE chief executive Alan Sykes said: “It’s great to see this competition culminate with such a strong shortlist of goals.

“There are a number of outstanding young players developing at Football League clubs and this is a perfect advertisement of that work.”
