East named on the bench
Andy Barcham returns to the Pompey starting 11 against Luton this afternoon.
He replaces the injured Josh Passley in the only change from the side that drew at Accrington last week.
Danny East – recently recalled from a loan stint with Aldershot – is named among the substitutes.
