TURN FRATTON BLUE FOR MEN UNITED

10 March 2015

Join the battle against prostate cancer

Pompey are delighted to welcome Men United to Fratton Park this weekend.

A team of volunteers will be raising money for Prostate Cancer UK to help the fight against a disease that will affect one in eight men in their lifetime.

As well as giving generously, there are plenty more ways to get involved.

Show your support by turning the ground into a sea of blue throughout Saturday’s clash with Luton.

Wear your home Pompey tops – or anything else blue – and make sure you are united behind the team and the battle against prostate cancer.

Men United is Prostate Cancer UK’s movement for everyone who believes men are worth fighting for.

By joining, you’ll get more opportunities to do great stuff with your friends, from bike rides to pub quizzes to Iron Man challenges.

Whatever you and your mates love to do, you can do it for Men United and help beat a disease that kills one man every hour in the UK.

For example, you could represent Pompey in the London to Amsterdam Cycle Challenge this June.

Plus, you’ll find out about ways to make a difference on an even wider scale by uniting with men across the UK, like petitioning MPs or volunteering.

Whether it's big or small, signing a petition or running a marathon, doing it together is what really matters.

What starts with a quick ‘hello’, a chat in the pub or a barbecue with mates can end with a nationwide movement of men – ready to fight for their friends, themselves and men everywhere.

Join Men United and help keep friendships alive.
