Home and away strips unveiled on May 28
Pompey’s new home and away kits for the 2015/16 season will be revealed at the end of May – and fans will be able to pre-order shirts for delivery in June.
The designs were chosen by fans in an exclusive online poll in the autumn.
And Blues stars Jack Whatmough and Conor Chaplin took part in a secret photoshoot this week ahead of the launch.
Chief executive Mark Catlin said: “The kits look really smart and both Jack and Conor remarked on how good they felt.
“We are confident that fans will love the new designs and will want to get their hands on one as soon as possible.
“The shirts also feature the redesigned club crest, which again was voted on by fans. As a community club, it’s important we have this engagement with supporters.”
The new home and away shirts will be fully revealed on May 28 and fans will be able to pre-order the home shirts online for delivery in mid-June. The away shirt will be available to buy from mid-July.
There will also be a formal launch of the new kit next month and a special sales event at the Pompey Store with players in attendance.
Catlin added: “We have worked hard with kit supplier Sondico to ensure home replica shirts are available for the main holiday period and we are delighted they have been able to deliver.”
The third kit, also voted on by fans, will be unveiled in late July and will go on sale for the start of the new season.
