Pompey have teamed up with the Sports Mail to bring fans a special supplement called #POMPEYVOICES, which tells stories of the Blues from a fan perspective.

In the summer, the club launched its history website www.pompeyvoices.co.uk and supporters have been contributing their tales. Some of them have now been selected to appear in a collectable eight-page supplement.

The official club publication will be available inside the Sports Mail from all good newsagents from Saturday teatime, ahead of the AFC Wimbledon game.

Colin Farmery, who heads up history and archiving projects for the Blues, said: “We are delighted to have worked with the Sports Mail and Collective Narrative – the company who built the #pompeyvoices digital platform – on this project.

“We are sure fans will enjoy reading the stories and we hope this will be the first in a range of joint initiatives with the Sports Mail to produce special club history supplements.”

Pompey are also staging a History Day on Sunday, November 29 (11am-2pm) in the Victory Lounge, incorporating the twice annual programme and memorabilia fair.

Fans can book tours of Fratton Park on the same day here. Tour tickets cost just £10 for adults with accompanied children going free, instead of the usual £5.
