Southend first up at Westleigh Park
Pompey have entered this season’s Premier League Cup.
They will have to get through two qualifying rounds to reach the group stage of the competition for under-23 sides.
First up for the Blues is a home clash with Southend, which will take place tonight (7pm kick-off).
The tie will be played at Havant & Waterlooville’s Westleigh Park, with entry costing £5 for all supporters.
Teams can field up to three overage outfield players and one overage goalkeeper in the Premier League Cup, which was won by West Ham last season.
