A night of top entertainment at The Pyramids
It’s England against the rest of the world when some of the stars of darts do battle in the Ridon Glass Showdown at The Pyramids in Southsea in April.
Arrows aces – including five-time world champion Raymond van Barneveld and three-time world champion Martin Adams – will compete on Friday, April 1.
Popular Dutchman Barney will be joined by Australian World Cup team-mates Simon Whitlock and Paul Nicholson, while Adams’ fellow Englishmen Keegan Brown and Cosham’s Andy Jenkins will also be playing.
The legendary Bobby George and the hottest property in women’s darts, Fallon Sherrock, are also set to feature in the event, which van Barneveld says should be a fabulous evening of sporting entertainment.
“I’m really looking forward to this one,” said van Barneveld, a former Premier League winner. “The line-up is very strong and it makes for an entertaining and top quality night for the fans. I have played at this venue before and won here so I always enjoy it.
“I’m sure it will be a sell-out again and the fans will recreate the fantastic atmosphere they have made in the past.”
