Join the Pompey Lottery and you too could win big!
On January 1 2016, Roland Westbrook received a call from Pompey Lottery administrator Bridget.
He had won £4,500 in the rollover jackpot draw and was so shaken that he had to sit down.
Mr Westbrook joined the lottery to help support the academy because he felt it was important to encourage young players at the club.
He has been a Pompey supporter since he was a child and his first visit to Fratton Park was all the way back in 1956, when – at the age of 11 and accompanied by his father – he watched the Blues face Cardiff in the old first division.
Mr Westbrook was presented with his cheque by the side of the pitch before last month’s clash with Oxford.
The Pompey Lottery is a fantastic way of raising funds to support the club’s academy and we thank all the members for their support.
