Clarke and Fulton both start
Ryan Fulton comes straight into the side to make his Pompey debut against Oxford this afternoon.
The on-loan Liverpool goalkeeper replaces the injured Brian Murphy in one of two changes from the side that beat Ipswich in the FA Cup on Tuesday night.
Matt Clarke – who was ineligible to feature against his parent club – returns to the defence, with Christian Burgess dropping to the bench.
