Pompey players build-up to Sligo match
The Pompey squad are currently in Ireland as they prepare for the 2016/17 campaign.Paul Cook's side are based at the Johnstown Estate Hotel in County Meath and will play matches against Sligo Rovers and Bohemians.
Ahead of the first of those games, the players were put through their paces with an intensive gym session and we were there to capture the action.
