Improvement to ticketing service
Portsmouth Football Club are delighted to be partnering with Quaytickets.
The ticketing agency specialise in dealing with high-volume calls from customers looking to attend big matches and events.
Following feedback from fans after the FA Cup games against Ipswich and Bournemouth earlier in the season, the club have acted to improve our ticketing service.
Quaytickets will provide dedicated and specially-trained personnel to help Pompey fans secure their seats.
The club will be utilising this new service for high-demand fixtures at Fratton Park, such as cup matches and the play-offs.
It will be available seven days a week and open from 9am until 8pm, allowing supporters more flexibility on when they can buy tickets.
In order for us to provide this greatly improved level of service and cover costs incurred by the club, there will be a £2.50 booking/postage charge per ticket bought over the phone via Quaytickets.
Chief executive Mark Catlin said: “We’re delighted to have partnered with a renowned ticket agency in Quaytickets.
“Following the Ipswich and Bournemouth ticketing issues, we promised to listen to feedback from our supporters.
“We have acted accordingly to enhance the ticket buying experience for big games at Pompey.”
