Three lucky fans have a day to remember
The Junior Blues membership scheme, which was relaunched over the summer, is proving to be a huge hit among Pompey’s younger fans.
A number of incentives have been made available to these supporters with the new and improved package.
The latest was the opportunity to have a photo taken with the entire first team squad.
Sitting in a prime location next to Paul Cook was the reward for three lucky fans, who were selected at random from the membership database.
Jackson, 5, Albie, 10, and Patrick, 9, wore the latest Pompey kit and had a behind-the-scenes look at how the event is put together.
“This is extremely cool,” said an excited Albie. “My favourite player is Gary Roberts, but to be honest, I like them all!”
Adam Lea, Pompey in the Community’s commercial and marketing manager, added: “As part of the relaunch of the Junior Blue scheme, we wanted to offer our young fans ‘money can’t buy’ experiences to bring them closer to the club and ensure they have memories that last a lifetime.”
Portsmouth Football Club have worked in collaboration with the PST, PitC and Pompey Ladies to ensure the success of the Junior Blues.
