Pompey will be promoted on Easter Monday if they win their game and Luton do not.

And Paul Cook’s side are 7/10 favourites to complete their side of the deal by beating Notts County at Meadow Lane.

The hosts – who have been victorious in four of their past five matches – can be backed at 4/1, with the draw at 13/5.

It could be a cagey affair with so much at stake, so 11/2 for a 1-0 win or 7/1 for a 2-1 triumph might tempt you.

There are also odds of 11/4 on Pompey collecting the three points in a game than contains 2.5 goals and under.

Gary Roberts found the target against Plymouth on Friday and is 9/2 joint favourite with Conor Chaplin to net the opener.

Elsewhere in the first scorer marker, Kal Naismith, Kyle Bennett and Christian Burgess are on offer at 5/1, 15/2 and 20/1 respectively.

Fans will not care how it is done – they simply want to see their side cross the line. But Sky Bet are certainly confident and are no longer offering a price on Pompey being promoted.
