Pompey Reserves begin their Premier League Cup campaign against Southend on Wednesday evening (August 23).
The qualifying stage fixture will be held at Havant & Waterlooville’s Westleigh Park, with a 7pm kick-off. Entry is £5 for all supporters.
Should the Blues progress, they will face Barnsley, Everton and Leicester in the group stages.
Wednesday’s match must be played to a conclusion on the night, with extra-time and penalties used if necessary.
"Hopefully there will be plenty of Pompey fans at Westleigh Park to cheer the boys on."
Lead professional development phase coach Mikey Harris said: “We got to the semi-finals of this competition last season and are looking forward to taking part in it again.
“Hopefully there will be plenty of Pompey fans at Westleigh Park to cheer the boys on.”
The Premier League Cup is a tournament for under-23 sides, although clubs can name three overage outfield players, as well as an overage goalkeeper.
