Blues launch new design
Pompey’s 2017/18 away kit is on sale now.
Kenny Jackett’s side will play in a white-and-grey chequered shirt, accompanied by blue shorts and socks, for matches on the road.
Fans voted for the design in an online poll held last autumn and the winning option has now been produced by Sondico.
The kit is available to buy online here or from the Pompey Store on the corner of Goldsmith Avenue and Fratton Way.
Jack Whatmough helped model the new strip and said: “It’s really nice. We’ve stuck with the white, but the chequered design is a bit different.
“The kits are also comfortable and that’s what you want when you’re heading out onto the pitch.
“It means there can be no excuses and it’s all about how the boys do. Hopefully we can enjoy as much success as last season.”
Pompey’s 2017/18 home kit is also on sale now, with the third strip following on August 3.
