As a supporter of an EFL club you are invited to take part in a summer survey.
This is an opportunity to provide feedback to your club about your experiences during the 2016/17 season.
As a thank you for taking part, you will have the chance to be entered into a prize draw to win a number of great prizes.
Your feedback is important to both the EFL and its clubs. All results will be shared directly with your club to allow your opinions to be considered when planning for their future.

The survey will take around 15-20 minutes and, to thank you for taking part, you will have the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win one of the following great prizes:
- A 2017/18 Portsmouth shirt including a personalised name and number on the back
- A pair of tickets to the 2017/18 Carabao Cup final at Wembley Stadium
- A pair of tickets to the 2017/18 Checkatrade Trophy final at Wembley Stadium
- A pair of tickets to the 2017/18 Sky Bet Championship play-off final at Wembley Stadium
- A pair of tickets to the 2017/18 Sky Bet League One play-off final at Wembley Stadium
