Pompey will discover their next Checkatrade Trophy opponents when the Round Two draw takes place at Wembley on Friday.
Kenny Jackett’s side are guaranteed to be at home after beating Charlton 1-0 on Tuesday to finish top of Southern Group A.
They will be paired with one of the sides that finished as runners-up in Group E, F, G and H of the southern section.
It means that either Forest Green, AFC Wimbledon, Oxford or Northampton will be visiting Fratton Park, with the game scheduled to take place in the week commencing December 4.
The draw gets underway at approximately 6.30pm, ahead of England’s international friendly against Germany.
