Portsmouth Football Club’s eticketing facility is undergoing a major upgrade to benefit supporters who buy their tickets online.
This will improve accessibility and give fans who use mobile devices access to the interactive seat map.
As a result of this upgrade, the eticketing site will be unavailable between 7am and 10am on Thursday (November 2).
Once this is complete, supporters will need to reverify their password once they have signed in.
If it is not a secure password – ie, it does not contain capital and lower case letters, and a number – they will be asked to change their password to provide additional security.
In this instance, fans are advised to change their password before next attempting to buy tickets in order to prevent any delays when purchasing.
